Who designs and prints the products?
ThisCityMaps is a one-woman owned business based out of Chicago, Illinois. The owner, Jenn, does it all! She creates the artwork, prints posters on her large format professional grade printer, and ships out your packages all from a small art studio in the River North Neighborhood.
What is the shipping speed and method?
Please allow 2-5 business days for production and 2-7 business days for shipping within the US. We are not responsible for shipping delays, but will do our best to track down any lost packages. You will receive tracking for all orders.
Do the prints come with a frame?
Prints do not come with a frame, mat, or any type of display.
What is the return policy?
Returns can be made within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date. The item must be sent back to ThisCityMaps and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received in new and unused condition, your refund will be processed. If something is wrong with the order or it arrived damaged, please contact us. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
I can’t find the city I want, can you make it?
We can create any transit, city, or neighborhood map that you can dream up! For custom orders, please fill out the form on the Contact page.
What is your Privacy Policy?
We will never share your personal information with any third party. We only use this to contact you directly about your order. All payments are handled through Stripe and we do not have access to your account numbers.
